CITY HOUSING COMMITTEE CONSIDERS ANTI-HARASSMENT ORDINANCE. One of the complaints I had in 2015 was that landlords and management companies---with the city government's help ---routinely harass and retaliate against tenants who complain about denial of housing services. On January 23 the city housing committee met at 3:00 pm to look over the proposed ordinance, which will add to a plethora of laws that the city government either fails to enforce or enforces in a discriminatory manner.
